Elevex was founded by Kelly Fairbrother and Vinnie Cunningham, bringing together more than 35 years of combined experience across the aluminium joinery and construction industries.

With a shared history in the industry and an aligned view of what makes a business work well, Kelly and Vinnie recognised that they had a similar approach — one grounded in strong systems, accountability, practical problem-solving and a genuine commitment to people. They believed that while quality products and good processes are essential, the relationships behind the work matter just as much.

Elevex was created from that belief: to build a business that is organised, dependable and professional, while also being relationship-focused and easy to work with.

At the heart of Elevex is a simple goal — to deliver quality aluminium windows and doors with care, clarity and follow-through, giving customers, builders, suppliers and team members confidence that they are working with people who know what they are doing and care about getting it right.

Kelly brings a strong operational and business leadership background to Elevex, with experience in the aluminium joinery industry across production management, systems development, process improvement, people leadership and general business operations.

Her strength lies in creating structure and clarity - building the systems, processes and team environment that allow a business to run well and deliver consistently. She is practical, detail-focused and driven by the belief that good outcomes come from good planning, clear expectations and strong communication.

At Elevex, Kelly leads the internal framework of the business, including operations, finance, human resources, processes and procedures, KPI development, production planning, health and safety, and continuous improvement.

For Kelly, Elevex is about creating a business that is professional, well organised and genuinely people-focused.

Vinnie brings strong industry knowledge, technical understanding and a customer-focused approach to Elevex, with experience across aluminium joinery, sales, estimating, project coordination and customer relationships.

His strength lies in understanding what each project needs and working closely with customers, builders, architects and project partners to bring the right details together. He is practical, approachable and committed to clear communication, reliable follow-through and finding workable solutions.

At Elevex, Vinnie leads the customer and project-facing areas of the business, including sales, estimating, marketing, project delivery, customer relationships and technical liaison.

For Vinnie, Elevex is about building strong relationships and delivering a service people can rely on - giving customers confidence, practical advice and a team that cares about getting the details right.
